CabinPilot provides navigation and vehicle-management tools. Use them responsibly and follow the instructions and laws that apply where you drive.

Drive safely
Set destinations and review reports while parked or with help from a passenger. Do not interact with CabinPilot in a way that distracts you from driving. Road conditions, routes, community reports, and vehicle readings may be delayed or inaccurate; always follow signs, traffic rules, and your own judgment. See the Driving Safety page for practical guidance.
Driver responsibility
The driver is responsible for safe and lawful operation of the vehicle, including deciding when it is safe to use CabinPilot. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CabinPilot and its operators are not responsible for harm resulting from a driver's distracted, unsafe, or unlawful use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your account and vehicle
You are responsible for access to your account and for connecting only vehicle accounts you are authorized to use. Connecting a vehicle is optional. Available information and controls depend on your vehicle provider and permissions.
Availability
CabinPilot depends on device location, internet connectivity, map providers, and vehicle services. Features may be unavailable or change. Simulated vehicle information, where shown, is illustrative and must not be used for travel or safety decisions.
